How it works
When your card is charged
Your card is held when the pro heads out, and charged only when you say it’s fixed.
If it isn’t fixed
Tap Not fixed and the charge pauses at once. We contact you both the same day.
If nothing is settled in 5 days, the hold is released.
If you don’t answer
If nothing is heard 48 hours after the pro marks it done, we charge automatically and say so. There is a 7-day window to tell us something's wrong.
